Every clinic is assessed using the same published listing and verification standards. Profile information is drawn from identified sources, and no clinic receives preferential treatment in CLARA’s neutral ordering.

Launch coverage
The launch boundary covers Johor Bahru, Iskandar Puteri, Skudai, Gelang Patah, Masai, Pasir Gudang, Permas Jaya and Ulu Tiram. Kulai and Senai are excluded for now. Official register listing is shown separately from a verified clinic profile.
